Not for the pillage and plunder heck of it (although you never know with me... despite going down in history as the world's biggest movie flop, I loved 'Cutthroat Island'!) ... twas a friend's 40th birthday party on Saturday night. Total pirate mania fun!!
...and Father's Day here in Australia on Sunday! Those of you celebrating that, I hope you had a lovely day! And I hope all of you had a lovely weekend... by the way... it's been a lacklustre past few days for many people... an energy drain... have you felt this way? If so... give this a try...and get your (wo)mantra on!!

re: your comment, I know I think the 'no fruit' part is the worst. It's in Group 2 of my list, which isn't off limits, just limited intake, so it's not completely awful, but of all things to cut down on...I live on fruit! I need fruit everyday or I get depressed haha! Boo to diets. But yes to health, I guess. Grr.
