Let there be light...

Tip: when taking self portraits... have as little shame as possible and always look for the light.

Just curious... is anyone interested in any tips photography wise?  Feel a bit strange about sharing such things.  It's not like I'm Herb Ritts but I think I'm okay and may have some expertise to share.  Anyway... these images were self clicked using my new SLR, still getting the hang of it...still getting the hang of hiding that remote too!
...and apologies for the scenery repitition... it's my second home..

Am wearing 'Shakti' (beta version!)... it's a dresslace...

I am DEFINITELY interested - not just in your photography tips but also your posing tips. You always look amazing, Dusk.

YOU were my inspiration to stop with the hands-on-hips-blah-blah poses and start actually having fun with my pics and maybe even being modelly and fabulous! So I gratefully welcome any advice from you, Supermodel.

Given how fantastic your photos are I'd love to get tips from you! However there is that great advantage you have over there called the great Australian sunshine - these photos are a case in point - fabulous light (though the fabulous subject makes things even easier!) - boy do I ever miss Oz when I visit your blog! Love the hat and tangerine dress with the body lace.

You shouldn't let a bata de cola make you feel unworthy - if anything it should make you feel like a queen! I have been told by many a teacher though that you have to show it no fear or it won't respect you (they really talk like that about it!)

I've given up on hiding the remote, it's just part of the picture now. Wonderful light and setting, Dusk - and you the usual stunner :)
