Shakti

Shakti is a Hindu concept that means Feminine Power.

"Although Shakti is considered feminine in nature, it is usually reserved as a term used to discuss the power of Hindu Goddesses, rather than human females"... but I believe that we all have Shakti inside our mortal coil...

And now on our bodies too.  This is the latest addition to the  DEVI ARMOUR collection.  This is 'Shakti'... a variant of...
Using attachments, 'Shakti' can be made in to a 'dress', as in it sits lower down.
I do suggest you wear something underneath because, well, you know... you might get a bit cold.  Even though the Shakti depicted in this post may suggest otherwise... and this is my favourite Shaak-ti of all... the coolest Jedi Master to have ever...um... existed.   In a galaxy far, far away...

By the way... if you're new here, you may be wandering what all this means and why I keep referring to Goddesses and spiritual philosophy and secular application.
I create a jewellery range called Devi Armour.  Devi is the Hindi word for Goddess.  All my pieces are named after global Goddesses.  This is the facebook fanpage.  Please join us.

'Shakti' is AUD85.00 .  Attachments sold separately.  Online store coming soon.
Until then please order via reachus[at]deviarmour[dot]com

Another incredible piece. Bahaha, imagining it as a dress with nothing underneath... now THAT would make an interesting blog post :P

i never got to thank you for that detailed message on my golden maharani post. your words meant the world to me. I know u arent a fan of Iulia's or her grunge look. But u have no need to worry i by no means will fully adopt that look. I just had another post insipred by her and as you can see its still me. I will never look like her because I will always keep a bit of who I am. But what u said truly stuck with me and I think I should try to stick more to what my orginal style is like rather than copy others. so thx for your words.

Thanks for your lovely compliments, and as usual, I took the photos myself... usually way too embarrassing to ask anyone else to do it and I am hopeless when anyone else is around anyway, I just grin like an idiot! YOU on the other hand... wow, that shot in the river (? creek? lake?) is AMAZING and should be on the cover of every magazine in the world :)
And of course, love this jewellery... do you remember I made the crochet bracelet last year? Maybe I should do a crochet version of this too?? Would you mind? (Imitation is the highest form of flattery, after all...)
